Exchange and Returns Policy

• All sales are final.

• We only accept exchanges for unopened products within 30 days of the date of purchase.

• We do not offer returns or refunds for any products purchased in store.

10-Year Warranty

• All products purchased at Colombo Design are covered by a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or accidents.

• Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
